Stapleton brings a wealth of experience in scaling people operations and talent strategies within high-growth SaaS and technology environments. Her career spans leadership roles at companies such as Engine, Mirakl, Litmus, and Bullhorn, where she built high-performance, values-driven teams and aligned talent strategy with business growth.
At Engine, Laura served as the company’s first VP of People, leading global HR and talent initiatives during a period of rapid expansion. At Mirakl, she scaled talent acquisition across the Americas and APAC following a major growth investment. Her track record reflects a deep understanding of how to build people systems from the ground up while fostering culture, agility, and innovation.
